As improvements continue to be made in strategies for SPPS, there has been an increase in the scope and diversity of chemically synthesised peptides. Purification of these peptides has traditionally been performed using RP-HPLC which is a time-consuming process. This has led to the development of novel technologies such as flash chromatography and preparative chromatography. Teledyne Isco introduced a combination of Flash and Prep Chromatography in one system: the EZ PREP. Here we present the latest development in the ISCO portfolio, the ACCQPREP HP150 which is a high-pressure preparative chromatography system developed and designed with the ease of use of a Flash System in mind.
